These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your relationship with VCM Trade Ltd. ('we', 'us', 'our'), a company registered in Saint Lucia with registration number 2026-00448.

By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

We provide online CFD trading services through the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our services include execution of trades, account management, and client support.

We act as principal in all transactions. We are not an exchange and do not guarantee the continuous availability of any instrument or market.

To open an account, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate identification documents as required by our AML/KYC procedures.

We reserve the right to refuse account applications at our sole discretion and to close accounts that violate these Terms.

All trades are subject to our Order Execution Policy. We endeavour to execute orders promptly but do not guarantee execution at a specific price.

You are responsible for monitoring your positions and ensuring sufficient margin is available at all times.

Spreads, commissions, swaps, and other charges are set out in our Product Schedule and may be amended with reasonable notice.

We do not charge fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
